Executive Director
Leah McCall
Leah McCall is the Executive Director for the Alliance for Housing, Oakland County’s Continuum of Care, with the mission and purpose to support housing solutions by promoting community partnerships. In her role she works to establish a collective response that addresses homelessness and affordable housing in the community and continues to work to develop a local system that identifies gaps in homeless services and creates solutions to overcome those barriers. Prior to her role at the Alliance she worked at Lighthouse, Pontiac MI for over 14 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Family Studies from Spring Arbor University and a BS from Oakland University in Human Resource Development with a specialization in Human Services. She also received a Non-Profit management Certificate from Oakland University in 2018.

HMIS System Administrator Director
Holly Gauthier
Holly Gauthier is the Oakland County HMIS System Administrator Director with the Alliance for Housing, Oakland County's Continuum of Care. In her role, Holly manages the implementation of HMIS in Oakland County by ensuring system and user compliance with HMIS policies and procedures and providing technical support and training for HMIS users. Holly has 21 years of experience in non-profits and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Landlord Community Engagement Specialist
Darnell Obamwonyi
Darnell Obamwonyi is the Landlord Community Engagement Specialist for the Alliance for Housing, Oakland County's CoC, where he works to strengthen relationships between property owners and housing assistance programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Madonna University, where he developed expertise in market research, relationship management, and strategic outreach. With a background in real estate and property management, Darnell has always been passionate about connecting individuals and families with stable housing solutions. His experience in guiding clients through the home-buying process, working with financial institutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance has given him a deep understanding of housing accessibility challenges. In his role at the Alliance for Housing, Darnell is committed to bridging the gap between landlords and tenants, increasing participation in housing programs, and fostering sustainable housing opportunities for the community. His marketing expertise and relationship-building skills allow him to advocate for fair housing solutions and support initiatives that create lasting change.

Grants & Community Manager
Ashley Cuniberti
Ashley Cuniberti is the Grants and Community Manager for the Alliance for Housing, Oakland County's Continuum of Care. Ashley has worked at the Alliance since 2017. She has a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Walsh College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Family Studies from Central Michigan University. At the Alliance she focuses on grant writing and community engagement. She plays an integral role in maintaining relationships with community partners, as well as evaluating and monitoring the contractual performance and compliance obligations of the CoC’s programs and grantees.

Executive Administrator
Julia Steinberg
Julia Steinberg joined the Alliance for Housing in 2020 as the Executive Administrator. Julia completed the Non-Profit Management Certificate program from Oakland University in 2023. She earned a Master of Arts in Business from Walsh College in 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Art from Columbia College Chicago in 2007. In her role, Julia works toward accomplishing the Alliance’s mission and purpose by coordinating communication with partners, stakeholders, and the broader community.

HMIS System Administrator
Rebecca Fitzgerald
Rebecca Fitzgerald is a HMIS System Administrator, Manager at the Alliance for Housing where she serves as a liaison between the Continuum of Care, community partner agencies, and other stakeholders. In her role, she assists in the generation and submission of program and community-level data products and HMIS reports. As the Veterans By Name List (BNL) Lead, Rebecca is responsible for processing referrals and maintaining the BNL spreadsheet. She comes to us with several years of experience in the field, including her tenure at HOPE Shelters. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, where she double majored in Comparative Cultures and Politics and Social Relations and Policy.
