Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

 

 

The Office of Special Needs Assistance (SNAPS) published the CoCBuilds NOFO on July 19, 2024. Applications are due November 21, 2024, by 11:59:59 PM ET.

We have posted information related to the NOFO on the CoCBuilds NOFO webpage on HUD.gov

Materials Posted:

  • CoCBuilds NOFO Final Pro Rata Need Report – provides the Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN), Annual Renewal Demand (ARD), and Final Pro Rate Need (FPRN) by CoC Number and Name.

  • Project Applicant vs CoC Collaborative Applicant Responsibilities – outlines the responsibilities of the project applicant and the CoC’s designated Collaborative Applicant regarding the application and process. Also identifies the entity that will complete the post-award process, execute the grant agreement, and administer the project if selected for conditional award.

  • August 22, 2024, Webinar information:

o   Webinar recording is coming soon, monitor the page for the recording to appear.

o   Transcript of the recording is available for view.

o   Slides from the recording are available for view.

Questions

Submit questions to CoCB...@hud.gov. Reponses will be provided during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Questions submitted on weekends and Federal holidays may take longer to receive responses.

  • Code of Conduct (if not listed on HUD’s website)

  • Certification of Consistency with the Consolidated Plan (HUD-2991) – signed by local jurisdiction, not the applicant
